The email will be a part of the Randomscapes business correspondence. Emails from Randomscapes may be kept up to a period of seven years in accordance to our standard business practices.

This information is used to improve the Randomscapes website by improving user experience through updating code, developing website pages and navigation, and website content to best serve the maximum number of users.

Randomscapes produces their own videos and images or uses stock or AI images/videos from 3rd party providers. We do not have any images uploaded to our website from a customer at this time. In the event that a customer embeds an image or video into the contact form, we will delete the image or video from our servers. There is one exception. If a customer has uploaded an image or video in order to provide additional information or customer service, Randomscapes.com will store the image or video on their website for the duration of the customer service transaction. The image or video will be deleted once the discussion of the customer service is complete. The second instance is when the image or video is provided for documentation for legal or tax purposes. An email to info[-at-]Randomscapes.com for this image or video to be deleted will produce action to delete the image or video from the website, images store on website, and any image downloaded or retained except when required by law either in the state of West Virginia or United States.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
